Daunting is a DNS troubleshooting desk for developers. It puts names, types, answers and TTL values in one place so you can preserve evidence, narrow down a problem and compare public responses with your provider’s configuration.

Where the answers come from
The Daunting server sends queries to Google Public DNS. The interface presents each answer’s name, type, data and TTL. Downloaded files contain the results already displayed on the page and do not trigger another lookup.
What this service does not do
We do not manage your domain, request your DNS account password or modify any records. We do not promise worldwide propagation coverage, automatic repairs or availability of the services behind a domain.
